I‘m a registered nurse with a passion for wellness. I am an ASPAN Certified Peri-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) with 15 years of hospital PACU experience. After spending two decades caring for sick patients, I decided there must be a better way to help people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. I believe many common medical conditions that we encounter as we age can be treated or prevented through a lifestyle of wellness and self-care. I spend much of my time reading and studying emerging research on aging and longevity, nutrition, and maintenance of the human body.

At My Wellness Concierge, we believe that through proper nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits, we can prevent and resolve injuries and disease, have more energy, and feel better about ourselves. Our mission is to help you live a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life, starting at the cellular level. Our methods are based in the science of aging, epigenetics, nutrition, and proper maintenance of the human body.
